Refund Policy for Kamatchi Boutique
At Kamatchi Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible.
**Eligibility for Refunds**
1. **Time Frame**: Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. **Condition**: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. The items should also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
3. **Proof of Purchase**: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
**Non-Refundable Items**
1. **Custom-Made Orders**: Custom orders or items that have been altered according to customer specifications cannot be refunded.
2. **Discounted Items**: Items purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
4. **Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in color or Feel of Material.
**Process for Returning Items**

2. **Approval**: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
3. **Shipping**: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**Cancellation Policy**
1. **If you want to cancel your order, before dispatching from our end, there will be no charges for cancellation. In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refund will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID based or Through Bank Account.
2.**Kamatchi Boutique has full rights to cancel & refund money of any orders without customer approval due to incorrect information in order, or such issues beyond our control, like courier delay, manufacturing delay etc...
**Exchange Policy**
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service. We will process exchanges based on the availability of the desired item.
**Defective or Damaged Items**
- If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
